Why not dispense with data entry of supplier invoices and expense receipts? I have discovered a great Xero Add-on that does all the work for you. Receipt-Bank is a UK based company that has recently launched in Australia. In a nutshell, you send your invoices and receipts to Receipt-Bank and then export to Xero.
When exported to Xero the invoices and receipts are entered in Xero with pdf copy of the source document attached. There are several different ways to send your source documents to Receipt-Bank, including upload from PC, Email, iPhone App or even Snail-Mail. Wow!
